Duck in sour cream
Very often cook a duck or chicken for dinner. The result is stunning - try it!

Ingredients

  • Duck

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    5 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

    2 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

Well, here goes: grate the carrots on a coarse grater and put it in the cauldron. There also add vegetable oil.

Followed by carrots (a little later), add the coarsely chopped onion.

While the vegetables stew, proceed for a duck.

And add to the vegetables and mix everything together, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Seasonings (to taste) - I always add granulated garlic, a Bay leaf; stew then leave, covered with a lid.

Potatoes wash, peel, cut into big pieces and thrown in the cauldron, stir, cover with a lid and simmer further.

Somewhere for 30-35 min. until tender add sour cream and garlic cloves (whole).
