Brownie lean with red beans
These brownies I just love it! I want to add to the Treasury of Lenten recipe of your favorite dessert. It has no flour, and as the basis for the test used mashed red beans. The recipe is perfect not only for a meatless table, but also for vegetarians, because the role of eggs in it performs quite unexpected for me product.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    100 g

  • Almond oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Instant coffee

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Nuts

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

Cooking

Soak the beans for 6-8 hours, periodically changing the water. Then boil until tender (about 1.5-2 hours).

Recently discovered an unusual egg substitute in baking. It is common flax seeds. After grinding and soaking, they bind ingredients of the test is not worse than chicken eggs.

Seeds are sold in the pharmacy - whole and chopped. Solid grind in a coffee grinder.

1 tbsp ground flax seeds + 3 tbsp water replaces 1 egg. Add room temperature water to the flax and leave to swell for 5-10 minutes, then lightly mix the resulting mush with a fork.

Ready to grind beans in the blender. Gradually introduce the other ingredients. If the dough is very thick, add a little water.

Nuts to be heated on a dry pan and coarsely chop. Muffin tins fill with dough, sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 180*C for about 25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack and remove from the forms.
