Baked eggs with shrimp
For this dish You will need ramekins - a small metal or porcelain ramekins.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Shrimp

    40 g

  • Cream

    70 ml

  • Cheese

    30 g

  • Leeks

    10 g

  • Butter

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a pan melt the butter and lightly fry the onions.

Add the cream.

Once it boils, remove from heat and add grated cheese and shrimp.

Mix well.

Pour into the cocotte. In each clay pot, pour in the egg. On top of a little salt and pepper. To put it into a baking pan, 2/3 of the height of the ramekins in a pan add the water. Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on the required degree of readiness of the egg.
