Egg roll with potatoes
Interesting recipe from simple and affordable products. Can be served as a hot meal, warm up under the grill, and you as a cold starter.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Cream

    30 ml

  • Parsley

    4 sprig

  • Coconut shavings

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Chili

    2 pinch

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

Cooking

Boil potatoes until tender, mash, add the cream, coconut, sesame, sugar and Chile. Stir well and add finely chopped greens.

Eggs lightly whisk, add salt, add turmeric. A rectangular shape ( about 20x30 cm). brush with vegetable oil, pour into it the eggs and put in oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature.

Gently remove the omelet from the mold, spread it mashed potato, turn a tight roll.

Cut the roll slices, serve with sour cream and greens.
