Cooking
Mix butter, sugar and coffee.
Sift into the mixture the flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt and a pinch of vanilla.
Add the yoghurt. Mix well.
For the filling: cottage cheese whipped in a blender with the icing sugar and a pinch of vanilla. The mixture should not spread out. If the mixture is dry, add a little milk if liquid gently press.
