Italian pasta salad with oyster mushrooms
Pasta? Yes! Pasta and Salad with NO FAT!!! And what I love Italian food, so it is a fact that the longer a dish is marinated, the tastier!!!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Pasta

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    300 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    300 g

  • Vinegar

    50 ml

  • Spices

  • Basil

Abarth oyster mushrooms on a dry pan. When you evaporate the liquid, add the vinegar. Stew. Cool.

Boil pasta and cool

...add cherry tomatoes. Mix well, sprinkle Italian herbs (oregano, thyme, rosemary, marjoram). Season with salt and pepper (if necessary). Leave the salad in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Periodicheski - to stir. When serving add fresh Basil.
