Cupcake with cream cheese
The beauty of this recipe is that depending on the flavor of cream cheese will change the taste of the cupcake.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    3 tsp

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

Cooking

Processed cheese, eggs, sugar, salt, baking powder, soda, butter and sour cream and mix thoroughly.

Toss in the flour.

Grease the form of butter (margarine), lay out the resulting mass and put in oven, preheated to 180 gr., bake approximately 45 minutes, check the readiness with a stick. Forgot to take a picture had a story to lead right out of the oven. :)
