Chicken rolls-souffle with vegetables
So I decided to try some of the pressure off your diet and let me tell you, I liked this dish extremely, eat health and keep your figure!!! ))) A similar recipe on the site exists, I do not pretend to originality, but maybe my version will be useful to someone )))

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

    2 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Zucchini

    0.5 piece

  • Cheese

    80 g

  • Spices

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Chicken breast, peppers and zucchini cut and place in blender

Add cheese, seasonings

...egg, grind all until smooth with a type of "pate"

On lettuce leaves (cut out the middle and leave 2 halves of the soft parts) or a young cabbage will put our paste and roll into a roll
