Cooking
Wash the zucchini, trim the ends. Slice the zucchini into thin plates.
Form for baking grease oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Place the courgettes, approx. Beat the eggs with the mayonnaise, adding salt and pepper. Brush to grease the zucchini with egg-mayonnaise mixture.
Season the mince with salt and pepper and spread on the zucchini.
Clean the mushrooms, cut into slices, put on top of meat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
