Pate with cream cheese
Delicate liver pate with taste of cheese and mushrooms. Perfect for Breakfast, a snack or a festive table.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Chicken liver

    800 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    130 g

  • Onion

    0.25 piece

  • Cheese

    250 g

Cooking

Carrots and onions coarsely chop. Fry in oil until soft.

Add the liver. Fry all together for 10 minutes.

Then add soy sauce, mix and cook until cooked liver. Allow to cool to lukewarm.

For the filling: mushrooms and onions finely chop, fry until Golden brown.

Liver with vegetables to chop through meat grinder, add salt if needed and pepper.

To cream cheese add fried mushrooms with onions. Mix well.

On plastic wrap to spread the paste, flatten it, forming a rectangle. Sprinkle the filling with cheese and mushrooms.

With the aid of plastic wrap, roll pate loaf on the short side. Put into the refrigerator for 1 hour. Bon appetit!
