Not always useful, sometimes tasty, and delicious – is useful. But not in this recipe. It connects and taste. Why this name? And you reread composition: vegetables, buckwheat, liver, chicken breast. And no roasting, no frying pan, no oil ( well, except a few drops for lubrication).

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

  • Buckwheat

  • Flour

  • Salt

  • Black pepper
