Description

Mushroom sauce with chicken rice
This is my debut on the Cook, but I cook this sauce for a long time and for families on a holiday. We really like it! Learned to cook it from my daughter-in-law, now eat and enjoy. Try and rate, it's important to me. On the website saw the sauces are different, but this is, like, not found. If I repeat, sorry!

Cooking

step-0
The products that we need.
step-1
Chicken fillet wash and cut into cubes.
step-2
Pour into the pan 2 tbsp of sunflower oil and heat it. There lay fillets, salt, pepper and start to fry until light Golden brown, not wearever!
step-3
Meanwhile, prepare the mushrooms. Wipe with a damp cloth or quickly opolaskivaniem and dry napkins or a towel. Sometimes I use the dryer for salad. Mushrooms cut into slices. When the mushrooms are small, I use a ball-cutter. Then they are all the same and are roasted evenly.
step-4
Fillet ready to put in a separate pan and close the lid.
step-5
In the same pan pour 2 tbsp oil and spread the sliced mushrooms. Begin to cook over medium heat.
step-6
Cut the onion finely.
step-7
Add it to the mushrooms and fry together. A few minutes after the first roasting, you can close the lid. I'm wary of mushrooms, so I try to roast them or stew.
step-8
The mushrooms are ready.
step-9
Spread the mushrooms in the pan to fillet all together, put on fire and simmer some more.
step-10
Pour hollandaise sauce. You can also prepare it in advance.
step-11
Here's a sauce I take the store from the company Knorr. I will try in the future to cook it myself and put a recipe. While on the site, I think you can find the recipe of this sauce.
step-12
Add the cream, stir, add the greens and allow to boil. Everything is ready.
step-13
We eat this sauce with rice. He is like my baby. Try it, I think you'll like them too!
