Chutney of dried apricots
The meat sauce :) INDIAN cuisine!!!

Ingredients

  • Dried apricots

    1 cup

  • Prunes

    6 piece

  • Chili

    2 piece

  • Water

    85 ml

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Zira

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

The dried fruit overnight to soak(previously well washed).

Drain the water but leave 85 ml. (we boil down the apricots).

Ovarium on low heat for 1 hour Chile to chop and fry with the cumin in the oil.

Boiled dried fruits and roasted pepper spread with cumin in a blender, add salt and sugar.

Beat.
