Dessert
Ended a gambling contest "Open the fridge", so I wanted to celebrate the victory of the chefs! Opened the fridge and assembled the dessert. Invite all to the feast!

Ingredients

  • Fruit puree

    120 g

  • Pineapple

    320 g

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    3 Tbsp

  • Cookies

    6 piece

  • Liqueur

    100 g

  • Vanilla

Pineapple cut into thin layers and put in the oven to dry for 1 hour at t 180*C.

Prepare pineapple mousse: to Make in a blender puree the pineapple, pass through a sieve to remove the tough fibers.

Add half of the sugar, cream, dissolved gelatin and vanilla. Tint, give to fasten gelatin and transfer to plastic wrap. To form wedges and in the freezer.

Carefully remove with a spoon the flesh of the banana.

Prepare banana mousse as well as pineapple and fill the cavity of bananas. Wrap in cling film and put in the freezer.

"Lady fingers" (I have purchased) immersed in the liquor.

Decorate: One part of the "ladies fingers" greased banana mousse on top and move the pineapple mousse.

Other - pineapple, and on top of banana mousse. Both decorate with the pineapple slices.
