Salad with mussels
It's relatively light salad (unlike Olivier:)), a good combination of clams-cabbage-corn. Option-type - tasty and nutritious.

Ingredients

  • Corn

    0.5 can

  • Mayonnaise

    6 Tbsp

  • Cabbage

    350 g

  • Mussels

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

Cooking

1. Frozen mussels, throw in the boiling water and boil 5 minutes. Drain off water, put the mussels in a bowl.

2. The eggs boil hard boiled, cut into cubes or pressed through a special grid in a bowl.

3. Head Chinese cabbage cut lengthwise, cut each of the halves along the first

then cut across.

4. Put the cabbage in a bowl. Stir.

5. Add corn.

6. Pour mayonnaise (you can substitute low-fat sour cream with mustard). Stir. Serve with black bread on their own. (And mind you mussels to choose!;))
