Always make this seasoning after cooking a dish was boiled potatoes in their skins.

Cooking
1. Boil in salted water the potatoes in their skins (the smaller the potato the better). 2. Crushed garlic fry in olive oil (sunflower will not need the flavor) and add the peeled potatoes.
3. Fry over high heat, shaking the pan so that the potatoes were roasted from all sides. Bon appetit!!!
