Crab cakes with pineapple
This is a favorite snack of my Dad. Prepare it on every holiday. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    1 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Ketchup

    300 g

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Vegetable oil

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Onions to clear, cut half rings. Fry in vegetable oil. Allow to cool

I took not a fillet but a whole fish. Clean. Cut into pieces. Salt. Fry until cooked in vegetable oil (breading - flour). If You used fillet, then after cooling, to break hands into small pieces. If using whole fish remember to remove the bones.

Pineapple crushed (diced.). Mix the fish, onions, pineapples, ketchup. ( we are fans of spicy stuff, because I use 2 kinds of ketchup to taste add black pepper and salt. Ready!!
