Carrots to RUB on a large grater and to extinguish it with sour cream in the pan with the lid closed until ready. You will need boiled rice, which should be connected with steamed carrots.
Boiled beans, mash or mince and add to the rice and carrots. Salt the filling to taste.
Fish fillet (boiled) cut into pieces. The best thing to do it roll of boiled fillet, as when cutting the loaf will not crumble.
Add the fillets in the egg and mix well. Add allspice, nutmeg and chopped garlic. Mix well. The basis for the rolls prepared.
Spread on a foil weight of fish in the reservoir.
