Cooking
Cream the butter and sugar to put in the blender, whip
Add the egg and sour cream, beat again.
Sift the flour with the baking powder.
Grind until until the dough begins to gather into a ball. Remove the dough from the blender to form a ball, wrap in clingfilm and put into the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Then spread the dough in the baking dish (I have a diameter of 20 cm) to form bumpers. Often prick with a fork, so that when baking, the dough does not swell. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees, 20 min.
Continue to cook the pudding. To connect the contents of the sachet with 100 ml. of milk and 3-4 tbsp of sugar. Mix thoroughly until lumps disappear. The remaining milk bring to a boil. Remove from heat and while stirring pour in the milk to the mixture. The resulting mixture bring to boil and cook for one minute.
The pudding is ready to shift into a prepared sand base, let cool slightly and put into the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
While the pudding freezes, have pears. Pears a good wash, cut off the stems. Cut into wedges.
In a pan melt the butter, add sugar, water and lemon juice. Put the pears in the caramel, cook the pears on low heat for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes. Time may need more, depending on the type of pear. Better check pear for softness, pierced them with the tip of a knife. Remove pan from heat, let cool slightly.
Ready slices of pear to lay on top of the tart, pour the remaining caramel. Put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
