Cake with hazelnuts and honey
A small, but very tasty and fragrant cake. The classic combination of honey and nuts, making cakes especially delicious.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Honey

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Hazelnuts

    70 g

  • Flour

    80 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Cream

    50 ml

Cooking

Soft butter beat with a mixer on medium speed, gradually adding the honey.

Then with a whisk stir in the eggs one by one, ground hazelnuts and flour with baking powder.

Put the dough in a greased form. I have a square 15*15 cm

Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. The finished cake is springy when pressed. Slightly to cool it down and get out of shape. Allow to cool completely on wire rack.

To prepare glaze, pour hot cream the chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth and ice the cake.

Decorate pie chocolate drops or nuts.
