Cooking

step-0
Before you start making the dough, you must first prepare a baking pan (because the dough will need at once!!! to put it in the oven) and turn the oven on 200 degrees.
step-1
Grate the zest of all the oranges (small - 5 PCs., large - 4 PCs.) on a small grater. Of the oranges and squeeze almost a full glass of juice. The rest you can eat :-)
step-2
Take 6 eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Whites until put in the refrigerator, and add the yolks to 1 Cup of sugar and whisk until until the mixture become white and increase in volume. Add the juice, grated peel of oranges (reserve a little cream) and vegetable oil.
step-3
Get whites out of the fridge and whisk in a solid foam, add 0.5 cups of sugar and whisk again until whites yet when the Cup inclination does not cease to drain. Half of the protein added to the mass with the yolks and carefully stir with a spoon from the edge to the center.
step-4
Add gradually the flour and baking powder (I Ripper mixed with flour, and then added to the dough), and then the second half of the protein and gently stir to proteins not dropped off.
step-5
The dough at once!!! pour into shape and put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 170-180* and bake until tender.
step-6
now proceed to the cream. Mix the eggs with sugar, vanilla, orange zest and 1 tbsp flour. Add 3/4 Cup milk, mix well and put on fire, cook until thick. While the mass cools, whisk the butter white. As soon as the mass is the temperature of the finger, showing her the oil gradually, whisking it.
step-7
This high is a ready-made cake. He's very tall, so you can reduce the amount of products, if not many people.
step-8
But this is the finished cake! Enjoy your tea!:-)
