Cooking
Knead the dough: -lemon zest to RUB on a fine grater -juice squeeze -the softened butter RUB with sugar, vanilla, egg yolks, lemon juice and zest -stir in flour mixed with soda
-beat the egg white until stiff and gently mix into the dough
-tins lightly grease with oil, put the dough into molds, bake in a preheated 180° oven until tender
-whip the cream with the icing sugar
-the cooled tartlets (flip) to fill with whipped cream -decorate with icing sugar and cocoa to wish Bon appetite!!!
