Cooking
The fish (I had carp) clean, cut into pieces, add the beer, soy sauce, lemon juice, mint, salt, pepper and mix well. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Oat flakes grind in a coffee grinder.
Roll fish in crushed flakes and fry in hot oil on both sides.
The last batch of fish fry one side, turn, sprinkle with onion, cut into half rings, spread on top of the already fried fish and again sprinkle with onions.
If in a pan with a little oil, then Plesner a bit. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes. The fish turns out flavorful, filled with the smell of onions!
