Cut off the pumpkin top, spoon vystavlyaem the pulp, leaving a wall thickness of 2.5 - 3 cm with a Sharp knife, make five deep cuts on the outside of the pumpkin.
Each of the five notches cut in triangles.
On the inner side of the notches karbovanet a knife, make a recess in the form of veins. And the pumpkin flesh cut in the shape of petals.
On the outside "petals" making recesses in the form of veins.
Pumpkin grease the inside with butter and RUB with garlic, place on a baking sheet, on which pour a little water, and put into the oven which preheated to 180 gr., and bake until soft pumpkin.
While the pumpkin bakes, prepare the filling. Cut chicken in small cubes and fry in vegetable oil.
Also comes with mushrooms, zucchini, onions, potatoes, peppers and, of course, pumpkin flesh, cut from the middle of the pumpkin and the lid.
All the ingredients are mixed, salt, pepper to taste, add dry Italian herbs, cream, milk and protussive on slow heat for 7-8 minutes.
With this mixture stuff the pumpkin and bake it in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Then sprinkle the casserole with grated cheese and bake until the cheese is melted.
Cooked pumpkin sprinkle with chopped herbs and decorate as you want!
