A delicious dessert of strawberries and cream. For the contest "Sweet taste of summer".

Cooking
Strawberries wash, cut into pieces, chop with half of the powdered sugar into a puree.
The cheese with the remaining powder is mixed with 10-15 ml of juice. Cream to whip and put into cheese.
Cookies crumble in the package with a rolling pin, mix with the remaining juice, let soak.
1/2 cottage cheese mixture to postpone, 1/2 mix with strawberry puree. In molds put layers: biscuits, then strawberry mixture, cookies, then cottage cheese.
Dessert form does not hold, so, perhaps, it is better to put on the glasses, will look spectacular. Put in refrigerator for 2 hours. When serving, garnish with strawberries and cocoa.
