Coffee blamange
This recipe I got from the book(which is we have probably about 30 years ) "Dishes for the holiday table". It turns out dessert for lovers of coffee, delicate and airy, the taste is rich with a slight bitterness.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Cream

    1.5 cup

  • Instant coffee

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Gelatin

    1 pack

  • Water

    100 ml

Cooking

The first thing to dissolve gelatin in 100ml of water.

Now pour into a saucepan the milk+ sugar+coffee and stir, bring to a boil.

Pour in the same cream and again ,stir, bring to a boil.

Now pour the prepared gelatin, mix well and remove from heat.

Pour into molds(or one-form) and refrigerate to solidify.

Now remove from refrigerator, put it in hot water and flip on a dish, decorate as desired. I sprinkled coconut flakes.
