Pizza is perhaps the favorite dish in our house. And the pizza always turns out that the pizzeria for a long time already nobody goes. All friends, relatives and acquaintances who have tried this pizza at least once - it is said that the dough for this recipe is clearly lacking many of the advertised establishments... And if, moreover, we want to do everything at once, along with pizza you can cook and a couple of baguettes - that had to smear chocolate spread in the morning...

Cooking
In warm water dilute the sugar and yeast, allow to stand for 15 minutes - until the froth
Knead the dough, adding water, sugar and yeast 2 teaspoons of salt, 2-3 tablespoons oil, 2 eggs and 6 cups flour. If the dough is sticky - add flour. Cover the dough and leave for an hour. Meanwhile, prepare the filling
Wash and cut the mushrooms, herbs, sausage, or boiled meat, and any other chosen ingredients (bell pepper, onion, olives). By the way, incomparable piquancy pizza... gives the squash, especially in combination with mushrooms. Tasty eggplant - although such choices in pizzerias, you will not find.
When the dough is ready - detachable piece the size of a small Apple...
... and roll out to a thickness of 2-4 mm
From 1/3 of dough I got 2 pizzas in silicon form (25 cm diameter) and one on a baking sheet. Crush remaining dough, cover and leave to rest in a warm place. From it we'll stormoen three baguette or a couple of loaves
In the center of the dough spread in the 1.5-3 teaspoons of mayonnaise and ketchup (depending on pellet size)
Spread the ketchup with the mayonnaise on the leaves of the test to the brim
Sprinkle with herbs and top with a small amount of cheese to "glue" them to the stuffing
... or cut the chicken/Turkey
Supplemented by mushrooms and other chosen by you chopped ingredients
Cut tomatoes in thin quarters...
... and spread on top of the main filling
Generously sprinkle with cheese
Bake in the oven. The ideal temperature for pizza starts from 230 degrees. I baked at 220 (this is the temperature limit specified in the instructions to my silicone forms) for 10 minutes for a small pizza (25cm) and 15 minutes for the baking sheet. Please note that the baking paper, which made the baking pan may be the limiting maximum temperature.
While baking the pizza, divide the remaining dough into 2 or 3 pieces - depending on how short/long, thin/thick you want to make baguettes. I made 3 and placed them across the pan - so convenient to store finished cakes. Molded baguettes and loaves actually roll out the dough to a thickness of up to half an inch and wrapped loaf. Edge samitivate that the seam was not visible. Baguettes spread on a baking sheet with a space from each other and cover with a towel for half an hour. Then make a notch with a knife and bake it in the oven
Bake baguettes for the first 10 minutes at 200-220 degrees, then another 20 minutes on 180. Preferably at 220 to the lower level in the oven to put a second baking sheet with poured back 1-2 cups of boiling water. This time I baked 10 minutes at 200 degrees, without water.
It turned out great: sweet, fluffy loaves to chocolate spread for Breakfast
