Love to bake homemade bread, I love to experiment and find new flavors, forms, nuances. I suggest to try this delicious baguette!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Oat flakes

    150 g

  • Bran

    50 g

  • Water

    170 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Oregano

  • Yeast

    3 g

Sift the flour into a bowl, add the bran and cereal (I have a Hercules from the Mistral), dry yeast, salt and oregano
