                            Cut the meat into large chunks. Add salt,pepper,seasoning for a shish kebab and everything else. Add a packet of mayonnaise and grated on a fine grater onion(4 PCs onions). The remaining 4 onions cut into rings. Pour a bottle of soy sauce and a good stir.Leave to marinate overnight(if you have time,and if not,then enough for a couple of hours..)
