  • Seasoning

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    2 coup

  • Lemon

    1 piece

Cooking

To prepare the carcass for stuffing carp (gills too clean).

To prepare the filling: grate the carrots,

chop the parsley,

cut the peppers.

RUB fish with seasoning stuff, and the incisions and insert the lemon slices.

Top again sprinkle with carrots,

wrap in foil and put into preheated oven(at t+140C) and bake for 30 minutes).
