Cooking
Lentils, rinse, cover with water and allow to stand. When you bulk up again, rinse, boil and drain the excess fluid.
Leek cut into thin rings, garlic slices.
In vegetable oil lightly fry the leeks with the garlic, add the shredded bell pepper and chili pepper, freed from seeds and cut into strips. Together and lightly fried.
Add the vegetables to the cooked lentils and grated on a fine grater tomatoes. Mix well. Salt, generously pepper, add ground coriander (0,5 tsp), vinegar (1 tsp). Stir and saute a couple of minutes.
