Pudding from the liver with mushrooms
Tried different recipes, added a bit of their own... maybe someone will like it! Try!

Ingredients

  • Liver pork

    1 kg

  • Easy

  • Garlic

  • Chicken egg

  • Mushrooms

    6 piece

  • Potato starch

    6 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Spices

  • Beans

    350 g

The liver and lung wash to drain

Grind in a blender, add garlic and beans

Mushrooms finely chop and fry in vegetable oil, salted

Stir in the ground mushrooms, add eggs, salt, pepper, add spices, starch and gelatin. Knead well.
