Cooking
Separate the bones from the raw chicken. I removed the skin because our family doesn't really love her. In the ingredients I pointed to the thigh, but in my experience I can say that it is better to use a lower leg - it helps with bone are separated. :)
Spread on the flour; add salt and pepper to taste.
Grate the potatoes on a grater, shred cabbage. All this stir and season with salt to taste.
Put the stuffing on the meat, which is then rolled into a loaf, roll in flour and egg.
Put in a pan with oil and fry. In the video it says, "fry until Golden brown," but it appears much faster than a cooked chicken, so I suggest periodically "poke" the meat.
