I waited to visit friends and decided to treat their delicate cakes without cream.. turned out very juicy.. fresh.. with a pleasant honey-lemon impregnation.. easy kefir dough with jam (and so additional sugar I decided not to put).. some coffee.. with a layer of apples and raisins.. decorated with dried apricots and sun-dried cherry.. it was a real treat..

Cooking
With a mixer, beat butter, eggs and vanilla; then add jam and buttermilk, stir with a spoon.
Add flour and baking powder and whisk smooth air silky dough. Divide the dough into two parts, in one add coffee and thoroughly mix with a spoon until the dough begins to acquire a pleasant coffee color and aroma.
