Currant cake with condensed milk
Fragrant and sweet to taste the cake with black currants.

Ingredients

  • Condensed milk

    250 ml

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Brown sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Black currants

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Beat the egg yolks with the brown sugar until smooth. Add condensed milk, whisk.

Add sour cream, baking powder and flour.

Add the whipped whites. Stir.

Add black currants and mix.

The dough is ready. Pour it into the cake pan.

The form put in preheated oven and bake for 30-45 minutes at 200 degrees. The cupcake cool slightly and remove from the mold. Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar. It is served by cutting into pieces. Enjoy your tea!
