Prepare meatballs: To ground beef add soaked in milk loaf, egg, mustard, salt and pepper.
Mix well, ready to beat the stuffing, throwing on the table surface.
On a heated with oil the pan, over medium heat, fry meatballs on one side ~3 minutes.
Flip to the other side, fry for ~2 minutes. Reduce the heat and bring meatballs until tender ~5 minutes.
Prepare the sauce: Tomatoes peel and finely chop. A clean pan to reheat. Pour into a pan the tomato pulp, and simmer for ~3 minutes.
Garlic skip through the press. Greens chopped. Add the tomato paste, garlic, stir and sauté for ~2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. To add fire, pour into the pan a little broth or water and bring to boil. When the sauce comes to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally ~3 minutes. Add the sauce to the greens, stir, add the sauce and meatballs about 5 minutes to extinguish.
On a plate put the boiled pasta, from above to lay the meatballs and pour tomato sauce. Bon appetit.
