"Pain de poisson" - fish loaf. Inspired by French cuisine. Juicy, tender terrine with a light onion sauce. Source from annarouss-Svetlana from LJ, thank you very much for the wonderful recipe.

Put cook until tender,add spices
Boiled fish disassembled into small pieces.
Chop green onions and dill
Beat eggs,mix with cream.
Put the fish,and stir everything well
Put the mixture in the form greased with vegetable oil
and bake in a water bath in the oven at t=180* for 40-45 minutes,done on the gas.
Cool and put a few hours in the fridge. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
[b]For the sauce.[/b] the prescription must be leeks.On hand were the usual green onions.Slice the white and light green part of onions.
In a small saucepan put the plums.oil,onion.Simmer on the fire until cooked 15-20 minutes(onions should be soft and transparent).
Cool,blend,add cream,salt,a little warm up,stirring the mass,and re-crank blender. Apply the sauce slightly warm.
