Fish terrine with onion sauce
"Pain de poisson" - fish loaf. Inspired by French cuisine. Juicy, tender terrine with a light onion sauce. Source from annarouss-Svetlana from LJ, thank you very much for the wonderful recipe.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Cream

    350 ml

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Spices

  • Onion

    200 g

    50 g

Put cook until tender,add spices

and bake in a water bath in the oven at t=180* for 40-45 minutes,done on the gas.

Cool and put a few hours in the fridge. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

[b]For the sauce.[/b] the prescription must be leeks.On hand were the usual green onions.Slice the white and light green part of onions.

In a small saucepan put the plums.oil,onion.Simmer on the fire until cooked 15-20 minutes(onions should be soft and transparent).
