Terrine of chicken liver and cranberry sauce
You can very quickly cook a delicious and hearty snack which can be submitted as a festive and everyday table.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    300 g

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Chicken liver

    600 g

  • Berry sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

Puff pastry to thaw slightly and roll out. And build it into a greased baking dish.
