Sea roll with garlic sauce
In a post many people consume seafood that go perfectly with rice. In itself the dish is, of course, only the set of products is lean, and actually got a king. Rice, shrimp, squid, seaweed - very tasty combination. All this is diluted with rice. Garlic sauce by the very simple recipe.

Ingredients

Shrimp boil as usual with the salt and seasonings to taste. I have a Bay leaf and hops-suneli. Remove them, cool, peel, cut (not very finely). The broth from the shrimp do not pour!

In the oven at 180 degrees. Bake 25 minutes, then check with a toothpick in the dough. When ready grease with vegetable oil and wrap it up with a towel. Allow to cool a little in the bathhouse.

Make a sauce of garlic is 1 clove of garlic, 4 tbsp oil, 0.75 Cup. water, salt to taste. Garlic RUB with salt, then pour in the butter and boiled water at room temperature. Mix everything. Bon appetit!
