Cooking

step-0
To get started is to cook the pudding. Better suited in this case vanilla. Pudding Dr.Oetker is extremely easy to prepare and, most importantly, very tasty. To prepare the pudding will need half a liter of milk and 3-4 tbsp of sugar.
step-1
For baskets should be crushed in the bowl of a food processor or blender biscuits. Melt the butter and cool.
step-2
Add, if desired, nuts into a bowl and grind again.
step-3
For the baskets I used vanilla sugar Dr. Oetker. Mix the sugar with the crushed biscuits, add the cooled butter and mix thoroughly. If mass get crumbly, add 1 tbsp milk to desired consistency. You should get a weight suitable for modeling, but not too wet.
step-4
I have a form with a diameter of 11cm and of the ingredients I got exactly 6 baskets. You can take smaller cookie cutters. Lubricate form oil and form from the mass of the basket. Preheat the oven to 190° and bake the baskets for about 5 minutes until tender. Suggest to bake one basket and to evaluate the result, if the dough turned out a bit, the basket may slightly swell in the middle, in this case, prick them with a fork in several places before baking. In any case, after complete cooling of the finished baskets, all will be well. After baking, leave the basket in the shape until cool. Pre-prepared basket store at room temperature.
step-5
The finished pudding should be covered in contact with cling film after cooling to room temperature, put into the refrigerator. Conveniently bake the basket and cook the pudding the day before.
step-6
Prepare your favorite fruits, berries, mint and everything found in the baskets. I used fresh strawberries, kiwi and mint.
step-7
With a spoon fill the basket with the pudding.
step-8
Slice strawberries, kiwi and pick the mint leaves and decorate baskets. Alternatively, you can pay by using molds for cookies tree, Apple, heart, etc. Then decorate the Christmas baskets of grit from Dr.Oetker.
step-9
Feeding baskets better, or to put them in the fridge until the right moment. A day in the fridge with baskets, nothing happened, but do not cover the dish with baskets.
step-10
Bon appetit and have a great holidays!
