Cooking
Heat the oven to 180 gr. Baking dish cake pan ( diameter 26 cm) grease with butter and lightly sprinkle with flour.
Dough. Butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt into a creamy lather. Gradually, adding one egg, continue to beat until smooth.
Pour the flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa and mix well.
Add milk and again mix well.
The resulting mass pour into the prepared pan and flatten. Bake in the oven for about an hour until dry matches.
The finished cake to cool in the form and only then to remove.
While the cake cools, prepare the glaze. Curd grind through a sieve or blend in a blender and mix with vanilla sugar, pre-diluted in warm water.
Chocolate break into pieces and melt in a water bath. Remove from heat and add cream. Add the cheese mixture and melted chocolate with a fork to create a marble effect.
Pour the cupcake frosting.
