I offer a wonderful recipe for meat stew with sour cream and quince. Very tender, tasty, spicy, with a stunning aroma of honey... similarly, you can cook the chicken.

Cooking
Meat put in a pan along with soy sauce in which it is soaked. The sauce should lightly cover the meat. Bring to a boil.
Finely chop the onion, put it to the boiled meat and stir.
Large or small grater, three quinces. You can use frozen.
Stir and simmer until almost complete evaporation of the liquid.
When the liquid at the bottom will remain low, add sour cream, stir and simmer until fully cooked. No herbs and spices need not be added, otherwise a fine, honeyed aroma of quince is absolutely Packed.
Spread the meat on the side and serve. Best of all, in my opinion, this dish goes well with rice.
