Soy sprouts with mushrooms
Very easy to prepare (and eat) a dish with a Chinese accent. You cook it does not require a lot of time and effort, but the result is very good. The selection of mushrooms are not fundamental, but it must be the mushrooms, well holding the form – shiitake, honey mushrooms, mushrooms. For "Fast from "Moulinex".

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

  • Soy sprouts

  • Garlic

  • Onion

  • Soy sauce

  • Oyster sauce

Mushrooms cut into slices (I have the honey, so a whole). Chop finely garlic and onion.

Heat the oil in a wok, fry onion 1 minute, add the garlic and fry at low temperature for about 1-2 minutes, add soy sauce. Then put the mushrooms and oyster sauce, fry a minute, stirring, pour a little water, and boil the mushrooms and boil for another minute.
