Cauliflower
Baked cauliflower a cabbage with shrimp. Simple to prepare and very tasty. Alternatively, you can submit a cold sauce made from vegetables. For the contest "Fast from "Moulinex"".

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Mustard

  • Olive oil

Shrimp boil in salted water with the addition of sprigs of dill. If shrimp cooked frozen, they just need to defrost.

Cauliflower cut in half (I was small, I used one half. Two servings is enough). Boil in salted water until soft (3-4 minutes).

Shrimp to clean (if needed), marinated in a mixture of Dijon mustard, olive oil (1 teaspoon) and white pepper. Leave for 10 minutes.

Cooled cabbage, stuffed with shrimp. Grease the top with olive oil (1 teaspoon) and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes.

During this time, prepare the sauce. Finely chop the pepper. I have a red.

Also finely chop the greens, and washed and cleaned mushroom.

Add the chopped garlic, mustard and balsamic vinegar.
