  • Butter

    170 g

  • Cherry

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Starch

    50 g

  • Cheese

    750 g

Cooking

Sponge cakes crumble (I'm using blender) and mix them with butter.

Put the resulting dough in shape (you need to use a springform) with baking paper.

RUB the eggs with vanilla and regular sugar.

Add cornstarch and cheese, mix well (blender).

Add to this mixture, cherries (thawed, juice drained) and put into a form on the cake.

Bake 45 minutes at 180 degrees. This has turned into. Optionally, garnish with whipped cream (but better without them). Bon appetit!
