Snack and dessert oil
"Beurre compose" (a compound butter) or sauces of solid oil is a very simple way to decorate any dish. Soft butter added different ingredients, from the ketchup and greens for main dishes and appetizers to sweet crumbs, and syrups for desserts. The oil then hardens, and then a slice of this butter on ready a hot dish, melts and permeates all his tastes and aromas. Such combinations are many. For oil, "Paris cafe" to put all the ingredients except oil in a bowl and stir well, add salt and pepper to taste, stir again and try to spice. Leave in a warm place for 24 hours to let the flavors mix.

If you put a piece of this oil to hot boiled potatoes, the butter will melt and become a wonderful sauce of fresh herbs, and potatoes will turn out beautiful, delicious and festive.
