Salad with grapes and vegetables
Currently for salads, pilaf, sauces and cereals use white grapes. It has a pronounced sweet and sour notes. Its skin contains less sugar compared to other varieties. That is why it is safe to eat for those who are on a diet or healthy diet. Today I propose to cook this favorite salad of my family. Cook it often and always this gentle, fragrant and delicious salad is eaten on hurrah.

Ingredients

  • Grapes

    20 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Red onion

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Narsharab

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

First prepare the dressing. In a small bowl mix olive oil, pomegranate Narsharab sauce, soy sauce, mustard seeds, vinegar and whisk until smooth. If desired, add 1 tsp of honey.

Lettuce leaves wash, dry on a towel. Tear on several parts.

Onions cut into thin half-rings or rings.

Bulgarian pepper cut into thin strips.

Apple peeled and seed boxes and RUB on a coarse grater or cut into strips.

Grapes cut in half, remove the bones. I have the small pitted, I left it entirely.

Pour boiling water over the onions and pour the grape vinegar (1 tbsp). Allow to stand for 10-15 minutes.

In a bowl put salad mix, pour dressing and gently with hands, being careful not to crush the leaves, stir.

Add the Apple, bell pepper, onion, stir again gently. Spread the grapes on top and serve immediately. Bon appetit!
