Cooking
Bake beef. I used when baking as a spice soy sauce TM Kikkoman, coriander, turmeric, garlic powder, dried onion and olive oil. RUB the meat with spices, wrap in parchment and foil and bake.
Here's a piece of meat turned out after baking.
Prepare all the ingredients. I was going to use capers, but decided to do without them and add sun-dried tomatoes.
Lettuce to break it into conditional squares and put on plates for serving.
Pickled pumpkin, if needed cut into smaller pieces and put on lettuce leaves.
Cut the baked meat into strips and place on a plate, on top add a few slices of pickled pumpkin. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes in thin strips and place on a plate.
Prepare the filling. Mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and a little honey and beat with a fork until smooth.
Pour dressing on the salad, mostly watering meat.
Cut strips of cheese to lay out sun and add to taste olives. The salad is ready! Bon appétit!
