Verrine with vegetables and ham
I do not like when on the holiday table are half-empty bowls. How convenient to be served a La carte, even if not in cups, but in the most ordinary glasses. This salad has a great success in our family. Bright, not weighted too high-calorie ingredients. Pretty simple, but it will delight you with its taste.

Ingredients

  • Ham

    200 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Green beans

    100 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    5 piece

  • Quail egg

    4 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 pinch

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Cooking

Ham cut into large cubes.

Pickled cucumbers cut into rings

The cherry tomatoes cut into 4 parts.

Green beans boil (2-3 minutes after boiling) with garlic, then remove.
