Quick cheese pinwheel of puff pastry
Quick pinwheel of puff pastry. Tender, crumbly. Aroma of honey and lemon.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    225 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

Put the dough on flour spiked with the Board.

In a bowl put the yolk, add honey, sour cream, powdered lemon peel.

Add cream cheese, mix well.

Add the semolina, mix well. Leave to infuse while the dough is defrosting.

Roll the dough into a thin layer.

Distribute the cheese mass on the dough and gently, pressing lightly, roll the dough with the stuffing in the roll.
